2燃油/配氣系統(tǒng)

積炭沉積量的增加致使噴油嘴噴油量將受到一定影響，致使噴油嘴焚燒不充分，發(fā)動機各缸噴油量也就不均勻，作業(yè)狀況也就不穩(wěn)定。

The increase in carbon deposition will have a certain impact on the fuel injection volume of the fuel injector, resulting in insufficient combustion of the fuel injector, uneven fuel injection volume in each cylinder of the engine, and unstable operating conditions.

3電瓶

如果說電瓶長期不維護的話，電解液水分蒸發(fā)后就到及時彌補，沒有裝備起動電瓶充電器，電瓶長期自然放電后電量降低。

If the battery is not maintained for a long time, the electrolyte moisture will evaporate and be compensated in a timely manner. Without the equipment to start the battery charger, the battery's power will decrease after long-term natural discharge.

機油是有一定的堅持期，也就是說長期不使用的話，機油的物理化學(xué)功能會發(fā)生變化，形成機組作業(yè)時清潔度會惡化，會引發(fā)機組零件損壞。

Oil has a certain persistence period, which means that if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, resulting in a deterioration of the cleanliness of the unit during operation, which can cause damage to the unit components.

5油箱

水進入柴油發(fā)電機組空氣中的水氣在溫度的改變下會發(fā)生冷凝現(xiàn)象，結(jié)成水珠掛附在油箱內(nèi)壁，當(dāng)水珠流入柴油后，就會使柴油含水量超標(biāo)，當(dāng)這樣的柴油進入發(fā)動機高壓油泵后，就會銹蝕精密偶合件，假設(shè)嚴(yán)重的話就會損壞機組。

The water vapor in the air of the diesel generator set will condense under the change of temperature, forming water droplets hanging on the inner wall of the oil tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel oil, the water content of the diesel oil will exceed the standard. When such diesel oil enters the engine high-pressure oil pump, the precision coupling will be corroded, and if it is serious, the unit will be damaged.

6三濾

6 Triple filtration

在柴油發(fā)電機組工作過程中，油污或雜質(zhì)會沉積在濾網(wǎng)壁上，而過個會使濾器過濾功能下降，沉積過多，油路將無法疏通，當(dāng)設(shè)備工作時將會因油無法供應(yīng)而不能正常使用。

During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil stains or impurities will deposit on the filter screen wall, which will reduce the filtering function of the filter. If there is too much deposit, the oil circuit will not be unblocked, and the equipment will not be used normally due to the lack of oil supply.

7潤滑系統(tǒng)、密封件

由于潤滑油或油酯的化學(xué)特性及機械磨損后發(fā)生的鐵屑，這些不止降低了它的潤滑效果，還會損壞其它零部件，一同由于潤滑油對橡膠密封圈有一定的腐蝕效果，其它油封本身也隨時而老化使其密封效果下降。

8線路連接

靜音柴油發(fā)電機假設(shè)使用時間過長的話，線路接頭就有可能松動，需要定期的檢查。

If the mute diesel generator is used for a long time, the line connector may be loose, and regular inspection is required.
