Under normal usage, the maintenance work of gas generator units should be carried out in accordance with the prescribed daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance requirements. Through these specific maintenance measures, it is possible to promptly detect any abnormal sounds, actions, appearances, temperatures, pressures, and odors in the unit, in order to inspect and adjust the unit in a timely manner, and then address them in a targeted manner to ensure normal operation of the unit. When the working status of each cylinder in the unit is abnormal, first check whether the position indicated by the top dead center of the pointer is correct, check whether the gear transmission marks of the transmission system are aligned, and whether the assembly relationship and valve clearance of the entire system are correct. If there is still a significant difference from the specified value after inspection and adjustment, it is necessary to consider whether the camshaft or gear transmission components are damaged and repair or replace them if necessary.
