電瓶

Battery

如果說電瓶長期不維護的話，電解液水分蒸發(fā)后就會得不到及時彌補，沒有裝備起動電瓶充電器，電瓶長期自然放電后電量降低。

機油

Oil has a certain persistence period, which means that if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, resulting in a deterioration of the cleanliness of the unit during operation, which can cause damage to the unit components.

油箱

水進入柴油發(fā)電機組空氣中的水氣在溫度的改變下會發(fā)生冷凝現象，結成水珠掛附在油箱內壁，當水珠流入柴油后，就會使柴油含水量超標，當這樣的柴油進入發(fā)動機高壓油泵后，就會銹蝕精密偶合件，假設嚴重的話就會損壞機組,柴油發(fā)電機組工作過程中，油污或雜質會沉積在濾網壁上，而過個會使濾器過濾功能下降，沉積過多，油路將無法疏通，當設備工作時將會因油無法供應而不能正常使用。

The water vapor entering the air of the diesel generator set will condense under changes in temperature, forming water droplets that hang on the inner wall of the fuel tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel, they will cause the water content of the diesel to exceed the standard. When the equipment is working, it will not be able to operate normally due to the inability to supply oil.

潤滑系統(tǒng)、密封件由于潤滑油或油酯的化學特性及機械磨損后發(fā)生的鐵屑，這些不止降低了它的潤滑效果，還會損壞其它零部件，一同由于潤滑油對橡膠密封圈有一定的腐蝕效果，其它油封本身也隨時而老化使其密封效果下降。

線路連接靜音柴油發(fā)電機假設使用時間過長的話，線路接頭就有可能松動，需要定期的檢查。
