Absorb the unbalanced forces generated by the unit during operation, maintain the installation distance between the engine, generator, and random auxiliary equipment;

將機(jī)組的震動(dòng)和周圍結(jié)構(gòu)隔離，以減少機(jī)組振動(dòng)對(duì)機(jī)房和附近建筑物造成的影響。

一、機(jī)組安裝對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的要求

1、 Requirements for foundation during unit installation

支承整臺(tái)機(jī)組的重量和機(jī)組運(yùn)行時(shí)不平衡力所產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊負(fù)載；

Support the weight of the entire unit and the dynamic impact load generated by unbalanced forces during unit operation;

具有足夠的剛度和穩(wěn)定度，以防止變形而影響柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和主交流發(fā)電機(jī)及附件等的同軸度；

Having sufficient stiffness and stability to prevent deformation from affecting the coaxiality of the diesel engine, main AC generator, and accessories;

基礎(chǔ)不能和其它建筑物的地基相連；

The foundation cannot be connected to the foundation of other buildings;

基礎(chǔ)的寬度及深度應(yīng)滿足要求；

The width and depth of the foundation should meet the requirements;

保證基礎(chǔ)的水平度及一定的光滑度；

Ensure the level and smoothness of the foundation;

有條件的的用戶可預(yù)留排污槽，以便廢水、污油等及時(shí)流走；預(yù)留發(fā)電機(jī)配電輸出電纜溝。

二、減振基礎(chǔ)

2、 Vibration reduction foundation

如發(fā)電機(jī)組已裝備有內(nèi)置或外置減振裝置（康爾信機(jī)組均已具備），同時(shí)樓板及周圍的支撐結(jié)構(gòu)的承重強(qiáng)度能承受（機(jī)組總重的1.8 倍+混凝土底墊的重量），機(jī)組可不再做減振基座。

If the generator set is already equipped with built-in or external vibration damping devices (which are already available in Kongxin units), and the load-bearing strength of the floor slab and surrounding support structures can withstand (1.8 times the total weight of the unit+the weight of the concrete foundation pad), the unit can no longer be used as a vibration damping base.

三、基礎(chǔ)的常見(jiàn)做法

3、 Common basic practices

將設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)范圍內(nèi)底板鑿毛，其四周底板面鑿去混凝土保護(hù)層，露出的鋼筋與設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)鋼筋焊接，高度為150～200mm；

Chisel the bottom plate within the scope of the equipment foundation, remove the concrete protective layer from the surrounding bottom plate surface, and weld the exposed steel bars with the equipment foundation steel bars, with a height of 150-200mm;

地基周圍沒(méi)邊比機(jī)組地盤(pán)每邊各長(zhǎng)出150～300mm；

There is no edge around the foundation that is 150-300mm longer than each side of the unit site;

地基厚度由上面基礎(chǔ)原公式確定，如果使用的地腳螺釘深度取H=0.05m；

The thickness of the foundation is determined by the original formula above, and if the depth of the foundation screw used is H=0.05m;

地基底部與機(jī)房地面間留200mm的槽，槽內(nèi)以充滿部分瀝青混凝土密封形成減震層；

A 200mm groove should be left between the bottom of the foundation and the ground of the computer room, and the groove should be filled with asphalt concrete to form a shock absorber layer;

地基表面應(yīng)進(jìn)行防水，防油處理，基坑地面應(yīng)夯實(shí)；

The surface of the foundation should be treated with waterproofing and oil resistance, and the ground of the foundation pit should be compacted;

機(jī)組的地腳螺栓可以一次性澆筑，也可以預(yù)留孔進(jìn)行二次澆筑，螺釘位置尺寸應(yīng)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)廠商提供的準(zhǔn)確尺寸確定。

The anchor bolts of the unit can be poured in one go or reserved holes for secondary pouring. The position and size of the screws should be determined based on the accurate size provided by the manufacturer.
