煤氣發(fā)電機(jī)組的技術(shù)改進(jìn)研究

　　Double hole gas generator project: A dual hole gas generator project based on the combustion chamber of aircraft engines is proposed. Designed and manufactured a single nozzle gas generator. Hot commissioning was conducted under different conditions to verify the performance of the gas generator, and the working mode, lean burn out limit test, and system sequence optimization of the ethanol supply system were studied. The test results indicate that the technical design scheme of the generator is feasible, and the mass flow rate, temperature, and pressure all meet the design objectives. A stable ignition curve indicates reliable ignition and stable combustion performance of the generator, and the gas generator has the advantage of step-by-step starting; By optimizing the ethanol supply sequence, the problem of supply pipeline impact caused by valve operation sequence has been solved, and combined with pressure regulation optimization, the start-up time of the gas generator has been greatly shortened; This gas generator has a large lean burn out limit and can operate stably over a wide working range.

　　鋼鐵行業(yè)煤氣發(fā)電機(jī)組效率提升技術(shù)：煤氣鍋爐配套蒸汽輪機(jī)發(fā)電機(jī)組是目前鋼鐵行業(yè)富余煤氣的主要利用方式。隨著煤氣發(fā)電技術(shù)的不斷迭代，不同代際發(fā)電技術(shù)的能源利用效率差異顯著，同代際煤氣發(fā)電機(jī)組能源利用效率也參差不齊。結(jié)合唐鋼公司提升 100MW 超高溫亞臨界煤氣發(fā)電機(jī)組能源利用效率的實(shí)踐，探究煤氣發(fā)電機(jī)組效率提升技術(shù)，以期為鋼鐵行業(yè)節(jié)能創(chuàng)效提供參考。

　　Efficiency improvement technology for gas generators in the steel industry: Gas boilers paired with steam turbine generators are currently the main way to utilize surplus gas in the steel industry. With the continuous iteration of gas power generation technology, there are significant differences in energy utilization efficiency between different generations of power generation technology, and the energy utilization efficiency of gas power generation units within the same generation is also uneven. Based on the practice of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company in improving the energy utilization efficiency of 100MW ultra-high temperature subcritical gas generator units, this paper explores the efficiency improvement technology of gas generator units, in order to provide reference for energy conservation and efficiency creation in the steel industry.

　　An experimental study was conducted on the impact of different developed soundproof enclosures on noise emissions of small power generation units fueled by natural gas. The sound signals of the generator without a hood and the generator covered with a developed soundproof hood were measured under five electrical load conditions (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% load) in front of the generator exhaust. Measure the sound signal according to the SAE J1074 test procedure. Convert the recorded digital audio signal to the frequency domain using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm. The results indicate that the simple cover (SE) and the improved cover effectively attenuate generator noise at frequencies greater than 800Hz and 250Hz, respectively. The acoustic performance of the semi covered improved hood (SME) and the fully covered improved hood (FME) in attenuating generator noise is superior to that of the SE hood. The acoustic performance of all covers decreases with increasing generator load, especially under full load conditions. The results of analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicate that the load conditions of the generator, the cover setting mode, and their interactions have a significant impact on the weighted total sound of generator A (P<0.01). The results of Duncan's multi range testing show that covering the generator with different types of covers can significantly reduce the generator sound level (93.2dB (A)) to 88.4dB (A) for SE, 87.2dB (A) for SME, and 86.1dB (A) for FME. They also revealed that the sound of the generator significantly increased with the increase of the generator's electrical load (P<0.01).
