工作原理

往復(fù)式燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組的主要設(shè)備是燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和交流發(fā)電機(jī)，并配備進(jìn)氣燃?xì)庀到y(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、潤(rùn)滑系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)等輔助裝置。以瓦斯發(fā)電為例，其原理是瓦斯氣體進(jìn)入燃?xì)獍l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)汽缸內(nèi)燃燒，產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，曲軸將動(dòng)力傳遞給交流發(fā)電機(jī)，發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后將動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)換為電能輸出 。燃燒后產(chǎn)生的高溫?zé)煔?，可排入大氣或送入余熱鍋爐回收熱能再利用。

The main equipment of a reciprocating gas generator set is a gas engine and an AC generator, equipped with auxiliary devices such as an intake gas system, cooling system, lubrication system, and control system. Taking gas power generation as an example, its principle is that gas enters the cylinder of a gas engine and burns, generating power that drives the engine crankshaft to rotate. The crankshaft transmits the power to an AC generator, which then converts the power into electrical energy output. The high-temperature flue gas generated after combustion can be discharged into the atmosphere or sent to a waste heat boiler for heat recovery and reuse.

機(jī)房要求：機(jī)房應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離明火區(qū)域，保持寬敞、明亮，安裝換氣扇保證良好通風(fēng)；室內(nèi)照明、開(kāi)關(guān)、線路及其電器應(yīng)采用防爆措施且固定牢固；應(yīng)符合消防要求，配備滅火器等消防器械；安裝可燃?xì)怏w報(bào)警裝置，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)氣體泄漏。

Computer room requirements: The computer room should be kept away from open flame areas, spacious and bright, and equipped with ventilation fans to ensure good ventilation; Indoor lighting, switches, circuits, and their electrical appliances should adopt explosion-proof measures and be firmly fixed; Should meet fire safety requirements and be equipped with fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment; Install combustible gas alarm devices to promptly detect gas leaks.

Pipeline requirements: The inner diameter of the external main pipeline of the gas pipeline of a single gas engine below 60kw should not be less than 2 inches, and the inner diameter of the part near the engine should not be less than 1 inch; Gas generators with a power of over 60kW are 3 inches and 2 inches respectively. Gas valves (stainless steel ball valves), type drain valves, and anti backfire devices must be installed. After welding the gas pipeline, high-pressure air is required to clean the welding slag.
