減掉負載，合上短路器開關(guān)，把轉(zhuǎn)速開關(guān)設置到額定轉(zhuǎn)速位置，然后調(diào)整2301A速度控制器的額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器，緩慢順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)直至機組在設定值報警分閘、超速停機為止，然后將額定轉(zhuǎn)速電位器逆時針復位到原來的位置。

Reduce the load, close the breaker switch, set the speed switch to the rated speed position, then adjust the rated speed potentiometer of the 2301A speed controller, slowly rotate clockwise until the unit is at the set value for alarm opening and overspeed shutdown, and then reset the rated speed potentiometer counterclockwise to the original position.

開機前，應清除機組（特別是旋轉(zhuǎn)部件）上放置的雜物（如盤車杠、工具、螺釘?shù)龋?，以免開車時工件飛出去傷人。

啟動時，先踏下腳踏開關(guān)，按下啟動按鈕，將缸內(nèi)燃氣排空后再開啟燃氣閥門，嚴禁先給燃氣再按啟動按鈕。啟動不成功或啟動后又熄火時，應立即關(guān)閉燃氣閥門，查清原因，排凈缸內(nèi)混合氣體后，再按規(guī)定程序重新啟動。啟動成功后，應立即踢開腳踏開關(guān)。

When starting, first step on the foot switch, press the start button, empty the gas in the cylinder, and then open the gas valve. It is strictly prohibited to supply gas before pressing the start button. If the start is unsuccessful or if the engine shuts down after starting, the gas valve should be immediately closed, the cause should be investigated, and the mixed gas in the cylinder should be discharged before restarting according to the prescribed procedure. 機組停機應采取的安全措施

正常停機時，應先使機組在怠速運轉(zhuǎn)至水溫、油溫降到60℃以下后再切斷氣源停機。

During normal shutdown, the unit should be allowed to idle until the water temperature and oil temperature drop below 60 ℃ before cutting off the air source and shutting down.

緊急停機后，應立即“盤車、泵油”至水溫、油溫降到60℃以下后再切斷氣源停機。
